A Facebook page that has not been updated for 3 months does more harm to your cleaning business than good. People may assume you are out of business or lack interest in running your business. I have seen business Facebook pages with no update for over a year or more. Set an alarm that you will notice (in the real world or on your personal device) for once per week to remind you to update your social media pages. It is all too easy to let one week become two, two become three,  then four, etc… That is not good!  You should post at least once per week and not more than 3 times.
