Christmas Lights in Cedar Park

For the past few years, we have bundled up our kids and taken them to see the Christmas lights on Chinati Court in Cedar Park. It’s a cul de sac that has been decked out in a theme of “Twas the night before Christmas.” We absolutely love it because it is so easy to walk around with the kids.

Last year, we branched out and added Anna Court to our Christmas lights tour. The street is pretty spectacular though not nearly as many houses, but our kids said that they liked Chinati Court better because there were more colorful displays.  The homeowners here take donations for Blue Santa.

This year, we added the home on Sharon Drive (2410 Sharon Drive), and this was a fun last stop. We set the radio to an FM station which piped in music that is synchronized with the lights. To not spoil the effect of the light show for you, I videoed just a short clip of the lights from one end of the home.  The owners of Sharon Drive are accepting canned goods donations on behalf of area food banks.

All three homes are within a short distance of each other. I’d say to hit up Anna Court first, followed with Chinati Court and end on Sharon Drive. Another way to go about this is to stay in the car for Sharon Drive, followed with Anna Court, and get out to walk around Chinati Court.
