When was the last time that you had a date night? When was the last time you could dine alone because as we all know, once you have kids, dining alone is no longer something to fret over but a luxury. Eating without having to cut up someone else’s food? Bliss!
Yesterday’s Groupon for the new restaurant urban in the Domain near the new Westin hotel had me dreaming about my next date night with hubby which got me thinking that some of you probably long for a date night too. We had a date night in July, when my husband’s 2 cousins came down from NY and made us go out one night. Before that, it had been before my 3-year-old was born. I set a goal to try to start having date nights, but just haven’t found a sitter yet.
Pick me and I will start trying to find a sitter as soon as possible!

I’m sure we’ve had one, but I can’t remember when. My birthday came and went without even the suggestion of a date. I think we might have had a date in the summer, but I’m not certain.
Hmmm Maybe LAST year! When our last daughter was born Aug 4th, we actually got to spend time together! Felt like a vacation up at the hospital with just us… I miss it soo much. But with 4 kids, and one step-son, we NEVER get to spend time with JUST us. When we got married, we didnt even have a honey moon. We had 3 kids between us at the time and came home, watched the wedding on tape and fell asleep. Our life is our kids.

Tough call, but I think a date night is really needed. We haven’t been out by ourselves since May, and that was only a few hours. Happy parents make for happy kids:)
Date night! Since we had our 2nd daughter 5 months ago, it’s been ‘divide and conquer’ a little too often. ;^)

DAE NIGHT!!!!!!!!! My husband and I have been on one date in the last year. Friday will be our fifth anniversary and a perfect time for a “free” date night!
Date night, what’s that? I guess it has been a while since we’ve been on one. I’m thinking the last official childless date was before our now 6 month old was born. Now’s an awesome time for a date so we can take a break from packing as we get ready to move to the west coast. A yummy meal not on paper plates sounds fantastic!!!
