Kiddie Express Train rentals for events

kiddieexpresstrain2When trying to decide how to best celebrate our little girl’s 4th birthday, we thought it would be great to have a trackless train.  After looking through several listings I came across Kiddie Express Train and was ultimately swayed by the fact their trains had seat belts.  Seat belts were a must in a party for a bunch of 4 year olds girls.  It turned out to be a great time for kids of all ages because it was a great replica of a steam engine train complete with a horn and a conductor.

kiddieexpresstrainThe train does drive on the street so consider the venue prior to booking.  Fortunately, our neighborhood is a perfect square block with not very much traffic so it worked out perfectly.  We opted for a one hour rental, and it was plenty of time for the kids to fully enjoy the train and then move onto the next party activity.

The booking went very smoothly, and the train arrived promptly on time.  I even had to change the time of the booking, and thankfully, they were able to accommodate the change.  We paid a $25 booking deposit and an additional $150 plus tax.  I was very pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and enjoyable trackless train rental.

  1. A friend of a friend owns Kiddie Express and my 2 yr. old daughter LOVED riding the train at a birthday party this Spring. They even had fun train whistle/hats as party favors. Good times.

We really enjoyed riding the train, and even though it was pretty hot–the covers on the train cars (and umbrellas for the uncovered car) really made it completely comfortable. The driver was curtious and friendly. All in all, I would definitely ride (er, rent) their train in the future. :)
